DIRECTIONS

From Dunoon travel along the A815 coast road to Sandbank and carry on this road. Take left signposted for Colintrive. Carry along this road for approximately 2 miles where you will reach the village of Clachaig and the cottage is situated on the left hand side.

SITUATION

Clachaig is a delightful small conservation village situated approximately 7 miles distant from Dunoon where all main facilities exist. There is a variety of woodland walks and only 2 miles from the beach and Loch Tarsan. There is a school bus which runs from the village to Dunoon. The main town of Dunoon offers all main facilities, a ferry terminal with regular service connection to Gourock and commuting time to Glasgow Airport is approximately 1 hour.

There are four useful cellars beneath the house two of which have light. The cellars offer great potential for extension subject to permission.

GARDENS
